Refund policy

At Jama Pure Cotton, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Due to hygiene reasons, used or washed bedding products cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed grounding bedsheets

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Our team will review and arrange replacement or refund


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order Number

  3. Provide reason for return

  4. Wait for return approval instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong products delivered

Stock availability applies.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
